Sandy writes, "I have been a regular visitor to the Ghost Web for a while now and am always amazed at the fascinating photo's sent in from all over the globe. It made me wonder if some of my photographs had any hint of spirit activity.
Usually, I would see weird formations or unexplained light sources as just a flaw in the picture, but until I found Ghost Web, I have had to examine my pictures more carefully. I have attached two pictures. One shows what I think might be a spirit globe directly in the foreground of this picture. The second picture is just a different angle and placement of the same area, just to show that it's a normal picture and where the shadows are cast, lighting direction etc.
Out of these series of photos I took while doing a research paper for a California History class, that one picture was the only one with an anomaly. All of the other pictures were normal, no strange discoloration or exposure. These two pictures were taken at the Mariposa Gem and Mineral museum in Mariposa, Ca. back in 1993. The other pictures before and after that one had nothing unusual."

There is the possibility that this orb is a lens flare, however lens flare are not normally round.
