Ghostly Blob in England/Wales

According to her letter, "This photo was taken in September 1995 in either a church in England or Wales. The left hand side of this photo has what appears to be an ectoplasmic blob. I do have a couple other photos that seem to show streaks of energy/dancing spirits that were taken on the same trip, but on a different roll of film on a London 'Ghost Walk' no less!"
