I Strongly Believe this is my Mother!
This photograph was sent to us by a person who wishes to be identified as only JL.
According to the letter received with this 5x7 photograph, "I took the picture in December, 1996 at my mother's home in Athens, Georgia. My mother passed away in 1991 and we were very close and out of five children, I was her favorite. There was nothing there when I took the photo!"
