Canadian Vortices

These three photos were submitted by Canadian IGHS member Janice Jones of jdj@planet.eon.net.

Janice said, "I thought I would take a chance and go out around the house this evening to see if anything would develop - and WOW! I actually caught several vortices! I couldn't believe my eyes - this is really amazing! It's been very warm and dry, no rain or fog - even our smoke from the forest fires has finally cleared away! I used my Sony Mavida FD-7 to take these...hope you like them!"

Dave's Notes:
Jan's photo's are fantastic! Notice the individual orbs' that appear on the outside of each vortex. Also take special note of the first photo that shows various orbs' that may be merging into this vortex. I have this same digital camera and there is no way that the strap can fall in front of this photo. The strap is always around the neck to protect this $700 digital camera and if it is hanging free, it falls away from the lens which is on the LEFT side of the camera, not right hand side! These are the first true vortex images captured with a digital camera posted on the Ghost Web. Thanks Jan.
